It works good, but it’s tough to get past the plastic smell when it heats up
After having some difficulties with my order, sent the wrong product as well as the product not functioning as it should I was finally able to get in touch with a real person. At that point I was taken care of and everything worked out. Customer service is great once you get past the emailing back and forth.
Have had the unit for about 3 months and waited to review the unit until I had used it a while. Can’t be happier!! Easy to set up, use and clean… and can’t beat the price!
This is one of the best purchases that I have made. Shipped quickly. Easy to set up. Works great! I like to do a gentle sauna session and be gentle with my body. Keeping it at just 125 degrees creates a full body sweat for me within 10-15 minutes. I like to do gentle 20 minute sauna sessions daily. I shower before and after. I have a sauna hat and some essential oils that I like to use. Really relaxing and helps me to sleep.
I purchased a Pulse unit that didn’t work out of the box. I sent several requests to the company for assistance and only have received automated email replies but no assistance. I have never seen worse customer service. Maybe someone that sees this review can help.
This is the best purchase I could’ve done! I use to workout at home and then go to the gym for their sauna, now I have it all at home and it’s just as good ! I also had an issue with a piece of equipment and I reached out to CS and they resolved it instantly! Great product and service ! I’m super happy and also purchased another one for my parents!
Purchased a cold plunge & they shipped it with missing parts so I couldn’t build it. It’s been two weeks with no remedy yet or refund. Their supplier said “this is not a part that we can ship readily”.
I purchased the saunabox go. As I opened the box and attempted to install it, I noticed it was missing both hoses and the connector. I reached out to customer service to inform them of this concern. They responded within 24 hours asking for photos and confirm I looked around the area to ensure I didn’t overlook it. I responded same day with the information requested. They responded within 24 hours with a note asking me to be patient as their team will research and give me an update. It has been over 24 hours with no update. My expectation was that they would send the missing parts. I’m not sure of their concern. I hope to get the missing parts soon or they offer to pay for shipping and handling to send it back. Fingers crossed.
In February, I purchased a SaunaBox GO for a total of $549. About three weeks later, the heater stopped working. I contacted customer support, and they asked for videos demonstrating the issue. After providing all the required evidence, they confirmed they would send a replacement unit. Unfortunately, it has now been over three months without any follow-up or delivery. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product. The customer service has been extremely poor, and the quality of the heater unit appears to be unreliable.
The heating unit went bad on my sauna box. They had an excuse to not replace the heating box. I only had it for two weeks. Pretty sad when a company doesn’t stand behind their unit. Do not buy!
Owned this sauna for approx. seven month and the zipper is broken. Wish it was better quality as I’ve fallen in love with using it.
I purchased a Saunabox in December 2024 and in January 2025 the container that contains the water stopped heating up. The product does not produce any heat to send steam into the box. I have sent multiple emails along with pictures to show the water temperature when I start the unit and then again after 15 minutes and there is not change in the temperature. I have received no feedback from the company regarding the product failure and any solution, even though they advertise a warranty. I understand products may fail at no fault to a company, but the complete disregard to a customer and attempting to solve an issue with a product failure is not acceptable. All I have received is a generic email saying my concern will be sent to the appropriate division. Very dissatisfied with the product and how the situation is being handled by the company. Buyer beware!
I purchased my sauna box months ago love it. My lid broke contacted customer service multiple times its been 2 momths and counting still no replacment lid.
I used my sauna daily and noticed great benefits. Unfortunately the unit stopped working after only 6 months of use. I have reached out to customer service on multiple occasions with no response in over 3 weeks thus I am resorting to a review in an attempt to receive a response. The only response I have received stated there would be delays to high demand with no follow up despite my requests.
We absolutely love the sauna and it’s one of the best purchases we have made. However, the cold tub is quite small for my body at 6’1”. The top of the tub needs some work, it is difficult to get comfortable with the top sagging down as I wish there was a support ring to go around the top just under the area you blow up. I do like the cold tub but for me it’s difficult to use.
The chair is extremely durable and supports up to 300 lbs. Despite me constantly shifting around due to the heat, it held up without a problem. Plus, the heat from the device made the situation even more intense.
I purchased the SaunaBox in 2024. During this time, it has been used 2-3 times a month. I had issues with the first unit which SaunaBox replaced the unit since it was malfunctioning. Once again, I am having issues with the replacement unit they sent. This time around SaunaBox has gone silence in my responses. I am going back-and-forth on providing a higher ranking star due to their customer service. The product is decent for the price. There can be much more improvements, but unfortunately this time around I have to give some a SaunaBox a 2 star.
We ordered our Saunabox for Christmas for our family to use. We were all very excited as we spent a long time researching all indoor/home saunas on the web. My wife thought this was the best based on reviews. However, we have been very dissatisfied with the product. Upon opening the package, the main Thermoshield, was torn. They did send out a replacement that arrived 3 weeks later. We finally decided to put everything together before the arrival of the new shield, however once again, we noticed the lid that has 3 prongs to hold down the lid, one was broken. We have sent Saunabox numerous emails and pictures showing this faulty equipment, but we have been left with crickets. No emails back, no taking ownership, no how can we make it right, nothing. I HIGHLY don’t recommend this product due to how easily things break, even before using it but more so the lack of communication from their help department. Buyers beware! This is not what the reviews told us.
Its in my garage gym and the weather has been real cold, down to teens. It appears to be taking the sauna a long time to heat up and stay hot. I want to move it inside and was looking for advice. I only have a carpeted room to put it in and read some concerns about putting it on carpet. Feel like I am losing benefits of the sauna with it in a very cold garage.
Loved the thing. Used it just about every day. About 3 months in the steamer box just broke. Dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. They respond every 3rd day after I email them. They reluctantly placed an order for a replacement for me. That was on Dec 18. I was just told it will take another one to two weeks to ship, without any reason as to why. I emailed them immediately when it broke, and I won’t have a replacement for about 5 weeks since I reached out.
