I used the online store chat feature. I asked the guy if the clicker I was considering would scroll web pages. He asked me to hold while he talked to higher sources and told me yes. I wrote a careful, "So you're saying it does..." to make sure. He said yes. He was wrong or lying. It does not scroll web pages and that is the only reason I bought it. I cannot figure out how to do a return. I did not have a good experience with Satechi.
