I received the shoes in a reasonable time and they were wrapped absolutely beautifully. I hadn’t expected them being wrapped as though they were a gift. Unfortunately the shoes did not fit. There was good customer service, but for this price, and the fact that there’s no real way to try them on without ordering them, I think the company should have offered free returns, so I took off one star because I had to pay for the return.

I reached out to Customer service online for measurements for a pair of boots, I got a response promptly. And when I had trouble adding their offered discount code for that item they emailed me an invoice with discount applied so all I had to do was make purchase. Shipping was a breeze and item was packaged beautiful.

As I wrote in my last comment, Sarah is doing everything right. She oversees every shoe and offers a 2 year guarantee for anything that goes wrong. She runs the perfect business and the shoes fit perfectly and are beautiful at that.

I discovered Sarah Flint about 5 years ago when I bought my first pair of Natalie flats. Since then, Sarah Flint has become my favorite shoe brand. At this point, I have over 20 pairs (Natalies, 50mm perfect pumps and kitten heels, Emmas, Alysias, sandals, a variety of boots. . . ). They are beautiful and comfortable, and the quality is impressive (these shoes are durable!). The shipping is also so fast and, while I have never had a complaint, I know they have wonderful customer service. I feel that these beautiful shoes provide true value.

Love your shoes. . they do not wear as well as I would hope once you walk outside on sidewalks… the tips get damaged more easily than I would hope given the cost and quality. . I have had to get multiple pairs repaired and resoled. .
