Sarah Flint shoes are amazing. The quality, the price and the fit - all perfect.

I wish that I didn't have to pay a restocking fee when exchanging to get the correct size of shoes. This is my first Sarah Flint shoe purchase, so I wasn't sure how they would fit my foot.

People with narrow feet, I'd advise you to size to your true fit. I wear 6 in boots and 5. 5 in shoes but since they recommended it runs small, I decided to order 6 but it backfired. I should have ordered 5. 5 in the first place. Anyways the shoes is really lovely and well made.

I am in the process of exchanging this shoe for a larger size. The support staff are very quick to reply and I am looking forward to receiving the shoes that fits and wearing them.

There was an actual person that answered my call, they were kind and helpful and importantly my issue was resolved quickly. The shipping has always been quick and reliable. Everything is great, except that shipping tin Australia is very expensive so much so that you need to wait for sales to offset the cost. For that reason only, I’d give one star less.
