Love the way shoes are packed in individual cloth bags in a box with beautiful tissue surrounding the product. Perhaps best of all is the shoe box has an image of shoes that makes storage very convenient. Delivery took a little longer than expected but since I took advantage of a great deal and had no special immediate plans. The Perfect Natalie Sling has a darling bow shaped buckle that I didn’t notice when purchased so that was a sweet surprise putting them on.

They were great by email but I really dislike that there isn’t a phone number for customer service and you can’t talk to someone when you have questions.

I own probably 20 SF shoes at this point. But these are my first Alexandria and I’m blown away by the quality. I’m about 6 feet tall, they get to just below my knees. Well constructed, a beautiful, rich, shade of blue and the tortoise shell heels are a very nice addition. Just the right amount of casual and the right amount of dressy. The main issue I have with SF shoes is that my size sells out so quick 😭😭 I want these in Burgundy and they are already sold out. I’m typically a true US 11 but I size up for comfort and in boots I go a full size up to allow for thicker socks and tights where necessary. If you’re on the fence, buy them! They always ship the next day for me, and I typically get my pairs in 3 days or less. Unbelievably efficient.

Shipping was very quick and return for another size was fantastic.

I was eyeing the Natalie and decided to purchase these in Saddle Vachetta. I purchased a 38. 5. Usually when I buy shoes, I purchase 38, but so far in SF shoes, I've been having to size up. They are pretty but stayed tight for a while.
