The product was as described. I've only had a few days to include it in to my daily routine, so I cannot assess the health benefits yet. There was a delay in shipping. I received notice it had shipped as of 26 Jan, but the "label created" date was 30 Jan. I did not received the package for another two weeks, which seemed odd.
