Perfect Chocolate. . . . . . !!! Great job.

We’re on our second round (of three packages) of the cocoa. We’ve been having a cup every morning for the past few months. First - it’s delicious. I’ve even stopped adding honey; it’s simply not too bitter on its own (maybe like a fine, flavorful, cup of unsweetened coffee). Second- we are feeling ready for our day and hope it’s having impacts deeper in our body systems that are not readily perceptible. (PS- I make it with a little coconut milk and have started adding mushroom coffee, instead of hot water).

They’re OK tasting. But they’re incredibly tiny, which doesn’t really matter for cooking, but for snacking I wish they were larger. Shipping was fine and well packaged with ice packs, though it's mid-winter and heat really wouldn't have been a problem.
