Staff was incredible- they helped me explore all my options and make my vision come to life. I decided to change my engraving after having ordered and the process was so simple! Right before my final payment I had one final question about my engraving before my ring was sent to me and I could tell the staff on the other line was ready to help me and genuinely wanted to ensure I would love my ring.
