Everyone was helpful and friendly, making my experience wonderful. We have now ordered 3 college rings (2 Baylor, 1 Alabama) as well as a25th anniversary ring. We love them all.

Staff was incredible- they helped me explore all my options and make my vision come to life. I decided to change my engraving after having ordered and the process was so simple! Right before my final payment I had one final question about my engraving before my ring was sent to me and I could tell the staff on the other line was ready to help me and genuinely wanted to ensure I would love my ring. Would definitely recommend San Jose for the incredible service and of course the beautiful university rings!
