San Hima's customer service has been the best I have ever experienced. Shipping was quick but they banged up the box a little. I wish they were a bit more careful, but that wasn't San Hima's fault. I love the tent and how affordable it is. So overall, I super recommend San Hima.

They were very communicative and helpful threw emails, Provided me with all the tracking and the tent arrived fast and undamaged. Would recommend buying straight from them and not a 3rd party. So much better to deal with and better pricing too.

Amazing little lights! They come in a very compact organized carrying case. I also really like the charging cable. It allows you to charge all 4 lights at once. Oh and the battery life is great!

Shipping was not the greatest but made it up side down in the rain and soaked the inside of tent

after about 3 months of the tent being parked outside on the camper, I have had absolutely no issues with moisture getting into the tent, so far, the seals look to be holding up perfectly. However, occasional condensation may be present on the inside of the roof on a cold morning.

I can't express how much I love this roof top tent! It's incredibly convenient to set up, durable in all weather conditions, and offers an amazing panoramic view. Surprisingly spacious, user-friendly, and stylish too. Highly recommend! However it is important to keep it dry after use to prevent mold!
