The shipping was fast. And packaging was good. This is a must buy for camping. Very Durable and solid. I too it to the pocono to camp and had to turn it off at some point because I was shivering…it’s so good.

Very difficult to set up by yourself. Velcro is tearing at the points where it is seen to the awning after one use. Poles are very flimsy. Wish I would have purchased the 180 freestanding awning instead.

Never got the tent, waited a month and only got fake information about it being out for delivery. Never showed! Took off work, spend days waiting for the driver and they would never show, never call and San Hima just kept telling me different information.
