Have found the program to be very good. Videos are well done and the weekly summaries are great

I am loving the variety of exercises. I always just try and run as far as I can and I hate it so I love that the exercises are strength training mixed with sprints generally in rounds. It keeps me motivated and I am able to push myself cause I know the next day will be different. My aim in doing this program is to become active everyday and enjoy it and I am certainly finding i am achieving it through your program. Can't wait to finish the 8 weeks and try some things from the healthy junk! Thanks guys x
