i have had several pairs of Samuel Hubbard shoes. All pairs have been outstanding. Several of my colleagues are also Samuel Hubbard fans.

Customer service was courteous and friendly. They listened. Unfortunately I had to return the shoes I purchased. I have a high instep and the shoes did not fit. Shipping and returns were free. I plan to purchase more shoes from them.
