Very disappointed

Whisk for our not very old mixer not available. When I pointed out to customer services that a mixer in perfect working order and which we had been very pleased with was now of no use because whisk had collapsed the attitude was “sorry nothing we can do”. No reason given for why whisks were available for other models and not ours. Buyer beware
