I texted SalonPro with a question about the product and was pleasantly surprised to get a real human to respond immediately! She was very helpful and that convinced me to purchase the Dual Voltage curling iron, which I took to Italy last month where it worked perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

The new design is great, so much better than the previous version. I took one star off because I had the previous version and it only lasted 10 months before it stopped working on its own. Thankfully the warranty covered it and it was replaced, However I haven't had it long enough to know if this new version will last longer. Fingers crossed!

The processor is amazing. I still have a couple of older girls that get a set and it dries quicker than the old hooded dryers without the drying effect it had on the clients. Also, the processors truly speeds up the processing time! Awesome! The only draw back was to find someone to install it correctly! Don’t trust the handyman apps they are a nightmare! SalonPro should research for installers in the area where they are selling these little beauties!
