I was a bit not so confident to buy this online as there were many questions circulating in my mind and I asked hundreds of queries for this single item from customer care, and they were kind enough to let me know all the inch-by-inch detail of this shampoo unit. I was satisfied even before the delivery arrived, that this was going to be among the best purchases for my salon and I was right. I got the cream quality.

The cost may seem high, but the benefits in terms of efficiency and appearance are clear. If clients feel excellent service, they pay. It's as simple as that. My mindset is that my clients are the ones paying for this, and I think it's working. Haha

It was two days late, so I had to cancel my plumber on the day it was supposed to arrive and had to hire another one. Fortunately, the setup was easy and there were no problems in the installation. I just don't like waiting, who does?

Brilliant and has provided the security that is needed. But there was an accident and there was a food spill, you know there was no rule at our salon of no-food policy. That spill caused damage to the mat, so I had to order another one for its replacement; since we have experience buying from Salon Pro, we considered them again for re-buying it again. The site is legit and the products are lit.

Strong and sturdy, I made sure the assembly was not a challenge, so after reaching out to customer service, I asked for a fool-proof assembly. I did it all by myself, but after reaching out to customer service, they sent a video tutorial that made the process much clearer. Excellent support

First of all, I’m very happy with the quality of the hair processor & storage cart I purchased. Secondly the quick response & delivery of the neck piece that didn’t come in the box for the processor. Overall I’m very pleased with the quality & customer service!
