Thank you for my wall mount dryer! Works great

The processor is amazing. I still have a couple of older girls that get a set and it dries quicker than the old hooded dryers without the drying effect it had on the clients. Also, the processors truly speeds up the processing time! Awesome! The only draw back was to find someone to install it correctly! Don’t trust the handyman apps they are a nightmare! SalonPro should research for installers in the area where they are selling these little beauties!

A good investment overall. The shampoo chair lives up to expectations, but it's a bit on the pricey side so it might be out of reach for newer salons and those who are just earning. If somehow SalonPro could make and manufacture a budget model, that would be fantastic.

Six years, ZERO quality backwash units. The streak ends there. Very comfortable and the bowl certainly ain't cheap plastic. Give me another six years of extraordinary service and I'd be ecstatic.

Prompt delivery, easy assembly, plus great features. I like that it has the option of reclining and the soft padding ensures the client has comfort sitting in it for longer sessions. I am going to purchase some other salon equipment from SalonPro!

I would've preferred if Salon Pro offered free shipping, but a big shoutout to the delivery service. The only "negative" about it is I have to pay. LOL. The delivery personnel handled everything well. Can't complain about the delivery service.

Too expensive with the product plus the shipping fee. I have no problem with the product, but at least get someone who can deliver on time.

Good and sturdy, but there was an issue with the delivery; it was during a public holiday that I wanted it to arrive since I was overly booked for the day. I wished this chair could reach me in my home salon. I already have 2, but it didn't reach me. However, it is perfectly serving my clients now.

I had separate beds and bowls before, but I saved so much space with all-in-one units. I'm also head over heels in love with this shampoo unit, not much on its aesthetics, but its practical functionality. The shipping and delivery are also on time.

Every detail of this shampoo unit is excellent and thought out. The manufacturer also did a nice job making the assembly very, very easy.

I'm someone who replaces things until they can no longer function, until they're beaten up. The chairs in my salon are that way. My husband suggested I replace my old shampoo and backwash units and I'm glad he did! We found SalonPro's website, contacted their support team for inquiries, and were impressed enough to order three chairs of this model. To make the long story short, they're perfect! My clients like it, my stylists like the porcelain bowl and adjustable water setting, and I'm just ecstatic!

A friend recently got a SalonPro backwash unit and I wanted one for myself. The problem was, I didn't have the budget for it. I'm so happy I got a workable installment payment plan. Dreams really do come true! This backwash unit was even better looking than what my friend got (she had the floating type).

Amazing and Best Quality Product. I am a fan already. Such intact delivery, and there were wrappings for every part. Instructions to assemble were not so simple, but things get easier when you Google them, uptill now it is serving my business so well. Happy clients are the true ROI.
