The fiber I ordered arrived quickly and in great shape. I appreciate that care was taken to double bag the shipment; it was a rainy day when the package arrived and was left outside by our mailman. I have always been Paradise Fibers biggest fan. From the time I first started spinning, and had no clue, to buying all of my supplies and fiber, I have been perfectly happy. I'm writing this review based on the order I placed on 3-28 for 4 balls of Soft Merino and 6 balls of Brown Sheep Cotton in Limelight. This pkg weighed less than 2 pounds and I paid $5.for shipping. It shipped on the 5th of April and is not arriving until the 14th which I feel is unacceptable. I normally order from Deremore's or Wool Warehouse and get my orders sooner than this. I would rather buy from an American Company but American companies take too long to ship and when they do ship it is slow. The other reason is in the past when I've wanted to order from you so many items are out of stock. WW and Deremore's rarely have items that are out of stock and they ship the next day after the order is placed. If you and other American companies want to garner our business I think you need to consider these things. I did place one other order for the Dancing in the Rain lux kit and paid $7.95 shipping which was delivered super fast and the kit weighed over 6 lbs. why does paying $5.00 for a tiny order take 9 days to get here????
