I wanted to do a cleanse/reset but not go on all liquids and this one hit both of those marks. This reset is packaged beautifully, and the Sakara team is super professional - my gua sha arrived broken and I got an immediate response from customer service. The food and drinks felt fresh enough and the flavors balanced. My big HOWEVER is Sakara's MAJOR over-use of alliums in their recipes. Maybe this is a trick to slow down digestion so you don't get as hungry, but who is able to digest that amount of garlic and onion?? It was brutal. I had to take copious digestive enzymes to get through the five days and by the end I couldn't wait for it to be over so I didn't feel queasy from all the garlic. Unless they offer an allium-free reset, I won't do this again, and I wouldn't recommend it if you are sensitive to alliums. Other than that, I felt nourished, lighter and even lost a little weight, which was lovely. I loved eating vegan for a week and this made it really easy. Please consider offering an allium-free alternative and I would do this reset quarterly.

Highly disappointed. Loved it last year but it went downhill. I asked for my money back but they refused. Poor customer service. Disappointed as I like their mission.

I don’t like the diet culture dogwhistles in the programming and the meals needed more protein (plus a snack or two per day), but the meals were overall delicious and nutritious, de-bloating, and a nice treat for me as a busy mom of two who doesn’t get to eat how she would like much of the time.

I’m waiting to receive the item and I haven’t received it yet and I haven’t received a refund either despite it saying it was delivered and it never was

I would give no stars if possible! I cancelled my subscription the same day I signed up (3/23/26) but was unaware you also have to cancel any potential orders in a separate request. I was given no heads up of a pending order in any shape or form…so no communication whatsoever from 3/23/26 to today 4/6/26…because Sakara wants that initial order to go through and ship so they can charge you. What I did receive today was not so great…the muffin was inedible and the some of the greens wilted and bitter. Not confident of the remaining items…probably destined for the trash bin! Definitely not worth the money and in my case definitely a waste of my time being stonewalled trying to resolve the issue. Sakara has a pretty good game going…I was duped!

After completing this cleanse I realize how often I eat just because it's something to do vs. actually being hungry. The meals were all delicious and I feel like I retrained my brain what a portion size should look like. I already started feeling lighter by Day 2 and by Day 5 I felt incredible, and my skin was truly glowing from within.

Love everything, every meal is so tasty and complex. Beautiful variety. Only negative is breakfast dishes are all a bit sweet for my taste. I wish there was a savory option. They're still tasty, but yeah, normally I wouldn't eat something sweet for breakfast. Thanks so much!
