I’ve been doing weekly Sakara deliveries for about two months now, and I can honestly say I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every single meal. Hands down, this is the best meal delivery / meal prep service I’ve ever tried. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and incredibly well-balanced. Nothing tastes like “diet food,” and I never get bored of the menu. One of the biggest changes I’ve noticed is that I have zero bloating with Sakara meals, which is huge for me. On top of that, I’ve experienced improved energy levels throughout the day and it has contributed to recent weight loss without feeling restrictive. Yes, it’s a premium service—but the quality, how good I feel eating it, and the convenience make it absolutely worth it. Sakara has made healthy eating easy, enjoyable, and sustainable for me. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with my Sakara meals and look forward to doing again. Healthy, tasty, well packaged and presented. My meals arrived as expected and the convenience of just taking out each day's breakfast and lunch and putting in my bag was a pleasure. I thought the meals were tasty and filling and it was nice to have a few straight days of clean food that was nutrient rich and hydrating.

I was really satisfied with my level II detox experience. I found most of the meals to be both satisfying and tasty, overall noticed a significant decrease in pain associated with inflammation, and even dropped a few lbs. The most challenging part for me were the morning and lunchtime tonics because of the taste. I had to take them in 2 big gulps. The night chamomile was good though. All of the meals were delicious except for the veggie lasagna which was not o my taste. Most are very garlic forward so if you have sensitivity this may not be the plan for you.
