Shipping and everything was great the price was alil over priced in my opinion along with the fit was alil off
Quick and easy, ordered Friday and had it in hand Monday.

basically the thing i ordered got sent back and when i emailed them, i couldn’t intercept the package myself because they set up a thing with the UPS where i couldnt. They cant re send things “per policy” they destroy NEW items when they get it back for some reason and i cant get a refund “per policy”. Charging customers and not providing a product or service is illegal, regardless of policy. Had claims it is also because i never got shipping protection that isnt even offered on their end and i couldnt get through other means because they organized the shipping with UPS. If they even ever sent it. Would attach a photo if i actually got it.
Shipping is always super fast and their clothing quality is unmatched. Clothes are super thick, great quality fabric

I got the Hoodie. . . thank you, but no thank you. . I have to give it to my 12 yr old nephew. . . I wear a 2x, I ordered a 3x, and it fits like a child's Large. . . . . ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOODIE, but extremely disappointed with the sizing,. . . . Will not purchase again. . . . .
Quick shipping to bad it doesn't fit
To my knowledge, nothing has been done. Over a month ago I ordered this product and never received it. After multiple communication attempts with your company, I received frustrating conflicting information and apologies and still to no avail. Last I heard a week ago, the belt was being shipped from your warehouse and you asked me to provide you with shipping information once that happened. That has not happened. I feel like I have been scammed. I feel very uncomfortable leaving a review like this and I have not had to do this before. I want people to know my experience that they can avoid this frustration is that they will not lose their money amid other great inconveniences and stress this has caused. In the event that these were legitimate, comedy of errors, I would suggest updating to a more reliable carrier. I would also suggest making sure all of your employees are aware of your policies. Lastly, I would recommend responding to emails within 24 hours. Also, it would be a decency to have associates sign their names on correspondence.
