Didn’t get the right size hoodie and when I raised a ticket through their discord I was removed. Now have no contact and can’t return it nor get a refund.

Great experience. Ordered multiple items for my son for Christmas. I accidentally ordered 2 bags by mistake, emailed them explaining, I had a very helpful and polite ‘human’ response (rather than automated) straight away, they cancelled the duplicate order and refunded me straight away. My intended order arrived in good time, very well prepared and packed. All items are of excellent quality.
