very happy with this product. i received a full-sized sample of the cbd spray the la marathon expo, and after using it post-runs for some time, i tried the lotion. then i upgraded myself to the extra-strength version for recovery while sleeping (i put a LOT of miles on my legs every day), and have found i wake up refreshed and ready to punish my legs again. i continue to use the spray post run as well.
