This cream always provides instant relief from arthritis and aches and pains from heavy workouts. It rubs in quickly and has a very pleasant feel and smell. The fragrance dissipates quickly but the relief lasts a very long time.

I like the pump vs shaking the bottle to get the product to the top. As always this cream relieves my occasional pain.
