I bought several items from them, and after receiving them, I checked and smelled one to ensure it was okay since it was a gift for a close friend. The smell was terrible. I was shocked at how much I paid. I contacted customer service, uploaded photos, and explained I wanted to return the unopened, unused product, but they refused my refund. I will never buy from this place again because their products are completely unacceptable.
