I love all the bodycare

Everything came so well packed and in beautiful packaging with fragile stickers on the box and the whole nine yards. I like to change scents often and order everything online based on the fragrance notes. THIS DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Everything smelled lovely and I can't wait to use it all.

Quite comical, reviewed how upset I was a couple weeks ago, but these SABON people don't care about there customers OBVIOUSLY. I've spent thousands and 2 - 3 times monthly for over a year and I have to hear about their policies when not adding their TINY samples to my order. I Now care about them and their products as much as they care about their customers lol I've recently tried 2 others brands and wow, great customer service, products, and much respect for their customers :) Sabon also promised they'd remove me from all of their solicitations and obviously they have NOT lol They actually traded my thousands and multiple monthly orders for their TINY sample, very comical and pathetic. I will continue to review where ever I see Sabon so that other consumers know my experience as that is what reviews are for, if they need email convo's I got them, along with the last email wonderful rep from sabon literally spelling out how much $$ I have indeed spent without me even asking for that tally, as they glady said good bye and promised they'd quit hounding me with future emails too!!! Bye Bye "again" SABON
