I recently purchased a new body lotion, but since there isn't a store near me and I couldn't test any samples beforehand, I had to buy it blindly. Unfortunately, I really dislike the rose tea scent. I reached out to request an exchange, but my request was denied. I’m quite disappointed with this experience. However, I absolutely love the Delicate Jasmine body lotion that I received.
