Poor customer service!
I received a broken coffee cup and reported it on 12/23. I then sent in a photo as requested. On 12/27 I received a message saying you were still working on my problem. I don’t understand why you didn’t just send out a new coffee cup right away! What’s the problem?

Sabavi shipped the wrong item
Sabavi shipped the wrong item then took over a week to ship a replacement. They completely missed the holiday I was planning to use the item for. Terrible customer service

Can't return after address change
A month ago, I ordered a lamp for my sister's birthday. I found no place on the order form to put her address. I wrote and very kindly, the address was changed to hers in Trurow, MA. I received a lamp also. I have tried several times to start return, as I did not pay for 2 lamps.

I wanted to refresh my barware. I love Dorothy Thorpe style. These will go well with my collection. I ordered 3 sets of 2 one was broke. I ordered a second set of 2, again one was broke. I reached out to customer service. They were very responsive and helpful, shipped at no cost to me an another set of 2. I look forward to more purchases.
