The advised 7-9 days delivery is not accurate. Ordered an item end of July. Now approaching end of August & still nothing received. Seems I have to keep following up in order to get an update. Item "wasn't" in stock (even though it was listed as being in stock). Have waited (& still waiting) 5wks for an item I could have ordered elsewhere & received weeks ago. No updates received to advise the excessive delay. Discussion had via their online Chat (as there's no direct contact number) only to find out I'd be expecting delivery mid Sept. Rediculous customer service which I hope no-one else is going through. If you don't have the item in stock then advise earlier so a customer can shop elsewhere & receive it within a reasonable timeframe. I don't generally load reviews but this needs to be highlighted as an issue in communicating delays in order processing.
