Was easy to purchase. Great product , good quality . Delivery to WA took a long time though.

Follow up has been terrible. Email response is taking days. Trying to contact by phone also goes to message. I made an error with my order but no attempt to help me fix it, only too bad so sad type response. No issue with product. Trying to organize return is also proving difficult. Left emails and phone number but still no luck.
