Unfortunately dissatisfied with our customer service experience. Received a damaged product for my husbands birthday gift and was just asked to send it back for a refund. No shirt replacement, refund but keep the original shirt as a courtesy gift for our troubles, etc. We probably won't buy from RVCA and go with another similar brand in the future. Bummer

Awesome Hat

East to buy. Return option took a bit of effort. But was easy process. Would like to see a smoother process to exchange shirt sizes as you aren’t brick and motor and sizes run different place to place. The tag is a bit annoying large and hard to cut. Product other than that is top notch.

Quality control needs improvement.

Falling apart new wetsuit after 4-5 surfs to be told under new management so wasnt really going to sort me. I pressed fit a pair of shorts that feel uncomfortable. T’shirt same story.

Paid $37 and getting $22 back with possibly more processing fees to reduce my refund is not cool with me. I like RVCA products, but the hat fit terribly and I wasted a good chunk of money having to return it. Not sure if I will be ordering from RVCA again with shipping and processing fees being so high.
