The worker who spoke with my pickup person was very rude to them and had a bad attitude. Usually we have no issues but this last time wasn’t a pleasant experience so we’ll be shopping at tractor supply from now on.

The store associates were amazing. I ordered the cat tree within an hour. They had it ready for me and help me load it into my car. It wasn’t supposed to be until the next day for pick up, but I called the store and they made it happen.
