I've used this chainsaw a few times on a large trunk size branch (16 inch diameter) that came down on the property. So far so good. It's holding up and working as expected. Definitely want to stay on top of maintenance and keep it clean, clear, and lubed. Not as solid as I'd like in some areas. Will want to make sure the brake is acrually engaged before starting up. Some of the plastic parts don't fit as snug as I'd like, the brake mechanism is one. Couldn't find this on the self in the store, but it was there in the back. I had to buy it online even though I was on site, then went to the service desk to have someone bring it up.

Easy in store pickup.

The store service was great! But setting up a runnings credit card seemed complicated for me. I'm not tech savvy. Consistently, I was not able to use the credit card to make the purchase, thereby extending the purchase interest free out over a six months and also not getting the $60 first purchase of discount that I had anticipated.

I was surprised to find what I wanted here. I normally end up spending much more to offset shipping costs. FANTASTIC that it was only a two mile ride to RUNNINGS. I can't wait to make it and share with my family!

First, staff is real helpful but the OTHER important thing is that the store sells a huge variety of quality brand name goods. Visit the store, see if i'm right!

The worker who spoke with my pickup person was very rude to them and had a bad attitude. Usually we have no issues but this last time wasn’t a pleasant experience so we’ll be shopping at tractor supply from now on.
