Rabbit always comes through. I've had smooth sailing for years, even when asking them to hold shipping on an order, eg. , not to mention other special requests. Recently an order went rogue, and mistakenly got sent to another runner's address. This is an extremely rare occurrence and rabbit made it easy to straighten out. Customer service has always been prompt despite no phone number (which is also becoming extremely rare, even with companies far larger than runinrabbit).
