I have been using the warm up and go with a medium weight, smart wool base layer. I live in Michigan and last week when it was extremely cold with windchill in the single digits, I added the high country shirt and was very comfortable, running and walking. Hopefully, they will go on sale after Christmas and I can purchase a second jacket to cycle in and out of my exercise clothing.
