I am amazed by the speedy delivery and quality of the product. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. I was sceptical about getting my money stuck as most of the online rug sellers I enquired with either had pre-order option with long waiting times or I wasn't getting the confidence with any of them. On top of this, their negative reviews online when it comes to delivery timelines were scaring me out. Additionally, the rug size of 240x330cms that I needed was otherwise quite expensive in the showrooms or other shops with physical stock which was almost double the price of what I was getting online. However, to my pleasant surprise, Rugtastic did a wonderful job. Their reviews page gave me a lot of confidence and the person I had an online chat with before placing the order provided me with prompt, consistent and satisfactory answers. I ordered the rug online late night on a Thursday with shipping informarion shared with me the very next day on Friday afternoon and the rug was delivered at my door step on the following Tuesday afternoon. What more can a customer ask for! Thank you very much for keeping my trust and adhering to your timelines! I will certainly spread a good word around for your brand.
