Great rug. Seeing the rug you just bought go on a big sale after you bought it was a bit of a bummer.

Super disappointing all around.

This was my first time ordering from Ruggable. I decided to start with a smaller rug for our powder bathroom. Not only is the quality great and it looks beautiful, but the customer service is helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely be purchasing more for other spaces in our home.

The color is amazing and I love that there I no Velcro pad assembly!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a rug that was explicitly marked as "Quick Ship," expecting it to arrive promptly. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my order. Paying for a priority shipping option only to be left waiting for weeks with zero delivery is unacceptable. Customer service has not resolved this, and I am still without my product. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually fulfills their shipping promises. 1/5 stars.

Awesome Runner

Shipping was quick and easy. Love that the pad is slightly smaller than the rug. Makes laying it much easier without noticeable difference of size between the two when layed out.
