My first order was not the color I expected. I exchanged it with no problem or cost. Was sent a postage paid label via email. Because of that I’d order again.

Working with Ruggable has always been easy! I do wish they would use another shipper than FedEx. FedEx is notorious for poor delivery in our area or delivering the package but not at your house!
