Easy online shopping. Thank goodness it was a rug being shipped because the one side of the box was smashed in.

I love the rug. Seems to be well made. Have had it for a couple of days and liking it even more everyday. I like that it came in a box so if I need to return it I can fold it back up and send it back. Another rug company I worked with I had to re-wrap it in plastic which cost $18. In and of itself. That's not much but if you keep ordering from that company and need to return more items, you've spent money for nothing.
