Love the rug and they did contact me about the damaged side. The whole side is unraveling and I'm not physically able to return it so I'm stuck with a $350 mistake.

Great & fast shipping

Shipping was fast. My first rug order looked too small in the space so I shipped back and reordered the larger rug. Return shipping gives option to have label emailed from Rug and Home or do it yourself. I picked do it myself but did wonder if having Rug and Home email me a label (deducting cost from my refund) would have been the better option because it was rather expensive to ship back UPS.
