Once again, BB knocks it out of the park.

Very comfortable. Only downside is after a week, the strong smell still has not dissipated.

the transaction was great the topper is wonderful, the only issues is the out-gassing. hopefully it will go away but it's a problem with the smell. otherwise, it would have a 5 rating.

Brooklyn Bedding sent me a 2" topper after I found that the medium firmness mattress I originally ordered was too firm for us. I really enjoyed how supportive this firmness level was, but needed the added softness on top to be comfortable. I can now say we have the best of both worlds and this is the most comfortable night's sleep we've ever had.

I’m pretty much the princess and the pea. I went through several other mattresses, including the Dreamcloud and the Molecule and the Temperpedic Breeze. Most of them claimed to be cooling. That was not my experience. I woke up sopping wet. Plus, they just weren’t comfortable for me. I called, asking about the Aurora. I am a side sleeper. The other mattresses had me having dreams of a shoulder replacement! My shoulders were killing me. The associate suggested that I go with the medium. I took their advice. After a week or so, I knew that I needed something softer. I called and they sent me a soft. I have to tell you.......this is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I highly recommend it! I was concerned that the softer one might not support my back. I have a lot of arthritis/stenosis. This one supports everything! I LOVE this mattress!

It does relieve pressure at the shoulders, but it is a bit too soft when sleeping on your back. It would be useful to help adjust an older matrees that has become too firm.

Gives our mattress a cushioning affect making it more comfortable.

The mattress was slightly too firm so we were sent a topper free of charge. The customer service was excellent and the bed is very comfortable.

Really help with the our mattress that was too firm.. But it took about a week to get over the smell..pretty strong!

I was hoping it would help soften the firm bed I have. It did not give enough cushioning but there was a bit of a difference,thus 4 stars. The topper is good with cooling and giving a nice memory foam feel.
