We opted for the medium firmness mattress and while it was comfortable, it was a little firmer than we were looking for. After reaching out, we were sent a complementary gel memory foam mattress topper, which has made the bed perfect. I also really like that it cools us down. Thanks again BB!

I ordered a medium firmness matress which I find way to hard. This topper definately helps softenen it up. Still on the fence if I should return the matress for the soft "firmness". As far as the topper is concerned, 4 stars.

This gel topper has made our new bed so much better. Our mattress was too firm and this has made it much more of a medium feel. The cooling feature actually does work. Living in Hawaii without air conditioning can be brutal, so any cooling for any bedding item is very beneficial.

We really like the topper, but not on our new mattress. We are back to using our old mattress with the 2 inch topper on it.

The gel memory foam topper really made a difference! I love my Brooklyn Signature (medium), but felt like I need just a little extra cushion and this did the trick,

It provided the extra comfort I needed to relieve pressure on my hips and back. However, it is does not sleep as cool as I need it to.

Just the right amount of cushioning to keep my hip from going numb. Doesn’t add any noticeable heat to my Brooklyn bedding Signature mattress.

Actually, I received a queen size. It's a very thick, plush, excellent topper.

Still too early to see if topper will relieve back & shoulder pain. However, the topper still emits odor after one week.

This helped a great deal with adjusting the firmness to be softer until we could exchange. It's very responsive and you do not sink in and get stuck like with traditional memory foam which was great. It also wasn't hot, and I sleep hot. Downsides is it's not covered by anything, it would be nice if it was encased in something. It also had a very strong off-gas smell for over a week. I was very surprised as the mattress itself had almost none.

We bought the medium mattress, but were surprised that it was a little bit too firm. The topper really helped.

The mattress topper is great. If you can’t sleep on a firm bed like me you should get it.
