Product is great but customer support non existent. Sold next day delivery but did not arrive in expected time frame. Requested a refund and was ignored by the company.

I bought 130 ml of the oil, which states it covers 5 square meters. In reality, it only covered 2 square meters, costing me £30, and I didn’t even get a full coat on one chair. I called and emailed the company, but they said I applied it incorrectly, which I didn’t, as I do this professionally.
