Have used the CBD gels at 3 different strengths over the course of my association with R&R. Started with 60 mg, which wasn’t sufficient; moved up to 90 mg. , which make a good difference in the sleep I could get despite the burning nerve pain in my hips due to herniated and bulging discs. But after a few months, I noticed I was haven’t trouble waking up in the mornings, so cut back to 60 mg. , which have been better for mornings but doesn’t get me through the burning pain. Also tried the 45 + 5, but got no good reaction with that trial.

We have four dogs-2 yo chocolate lab, four year old Yorkie-mix who are litter mates, and a 9 year old lab mix. We also keep my dog-nephew who is a 10 year old bully quite a bit. We’ve tried a lot of products, but these really stand out. They help our younger dogs relax during anxious moments and give our senior dogs the joint support they need to stay active. Highly recommend! We were traveling 60 mins round trip to purchase these until I found out I could buy them online for the same price. My cousin who was visiting from out of state even orders them now for her dog after trying them while she was here and my best friend just started using them for her dog’s anxiety. I’m telling you-they work! We give the small dogs 1/2-1 chew and the larger dogs 1-2 chews depending on situation btw. Received exactly one week after ordering and shipping is tracked.
