I've been ordering from Royal Distributing for 25+ years. Overall I like the products, easy of searching and selecting the items I need, and most of the time the item ships quickly. However, when an order shipment is being delayed, I really wish I would be advised of the delay proactively, rather than me having to contact you to find out.
