I wear this for mountain biking. It has been a game changer. I have TFCC tears and scapholunate ligament damage. My wrist has been a mess for over a decade. It started to affect my riding. I would finish a ride and barely be able to move my hand. The pain was astronomical. I tried this brace and it has been a life saver. I only wear it for rides. It just keeps shocks to a minimum. You don't even know you're wearing it. I'm hitting rock gardens and smallish drops (4-5') and not thinking about my wrist anymore. Great purchase.
