I thought I’d give these shoes a try but they didn’t fit (too narrow for my feet). Frustrating I had to pay for their return. I’m not particularly upset just won’t buy from you again. Many businesses now offer free returns. This encourages shoppers to buy in confidence that if it isn’t suitable they can returned easily. You’ll sell my product and grow faster as a business.

I had an issue with my order, which can happen, the Customer Service I experienced was outstanding. Gina @ The Bristol Team really went out their way to ensure the problem was resolved not just satisfactorily but beyond what I would have expected from most retailers. Communication was excellent and shipping was fast.

Shoes were scuffed, dirty and had clearly been worn and returned. Maddie who dealt with refund was brilliant. Really disappointed with route one though, bought a few things from them but now im dubious
