Did wings in the oven with the 360, amazing!

I am delighted with the high quality of the Roto Q 360. The moment the package arrived I knew that I was in for a treat because the quality of the packaging material is the best I have experienced with any of the many things I have bought in the past. The unboxing revealed a machine and accessories built with the best quality materials, the drip trays for example is not going to warp even in a super hot oven so I feel confident I will be able to use it in my wood fired pizza oven. The Roto Q 360 is so simple to set up and the power core is obviously a very sturdy unit. I certainly found it much quieter than I had expected having watched some older reviews. First impressions are unbelievably positive and I have already ordered extra drip trays to cook multiple vegetables while roasting various meats. One extra very important point, the customer service is brilliant and resoonses to queries are made really quickly and clearly dealt with on an individual basis, not just with pre prepared answers.

Well i orderd the skewers with a couple of other items skewers were not included in the order instead had a rotisserie basket instead contacted them and got the skewers and didnt have to return the basket instead didn't order don't know what I'd ever do with it but hey they made it right by me I'm please with customer service
