Go Kart shipped when expected. It was easy for my grandson and son-in-law to put together. We had purchased a go kart on Amazon that did not run on Christmas Day. It never did run. While our grandson was disappointed, he never complained and was in on ordering this Go kart from your company. He loves it and it was worth waiting for it to arrive.

Customer service answered my call right away..product itself is junk
