Shipping was poor, no responsiveness to emails. Product arrived with top broken and spilled out all over the packaging. send pic and email. No response ever. Very disappointing.

Rosen's customer service has always been amazing. I've felt this way since purchasing from them in 2020.

ordered almost a month ago, they messed up when shipping my order and forgot to fill out the paperwork properly so my order repeatedly got sent back to sender and i still do not have it. I sent multiple emails to customer service asking for a refund but I have been ignored. I really like this product however their customer service is terrible and not worth the hassle
