What I liked: The website was well designed and the customer service was also good. The quality of the doll is very nice and she looks very stunning. What I didn't liked: The fingers are a little bit fragile, it feels like they will be the first thing that will brake so I will take good care of them. I choosed the same hairstyle that was shown on the picture but when they showed me the doll when it was ready it had a different hair. They said it's because the model on the picture had implanted hair wich I didn't know because it was not mentioned on the website. The customer service reacted pretty fast and I got my implanted hair so all fine. Took a week longer to ship tho. Also I bought a shemale kit. Asked the support chat on the website if it would fit in a non replace vagina and they said yes. Well it doesn't, and yes I used lube. And the AI Kit that I got costs about 80$ per month. Yes per month, I double checked that. They could have at least mentioned on the website because with that price I would not have ordered it. Now I have a useless electronic item that I have to get rid of.
