I Can see this review will fall on deaf ears, if you look at the trust pilot reviews we see 2% I would encourage EVERYONE before you buy to research all your options, this company usesd BAIT and SWITCH tactics, its funny because I asked joystick if he knew what that ment , and I can see clearly he knew what that ment and told me he diodnt know, everything these 1 star reviews are saying is true about this company, I am also doing a BBB review. I could take them to court, but I already invested way to much time. I will say this I have over 70 emails on file if anyone want to see them it will show anyone the shadiness exemplified by this company , and when they hear an question they cannot answer or don't want to they blame fanreal. Which that company while the head is absolutely wonderfull they dont know how to make a legit lower part of a woman everything very nice in the head top arms and hands, feet are good but the torso horrible super hard,, falsely advertised extra soft, was the regular a brick feeling absolutely riddiculous. the "extras" they sent on a botched delivery made me think they were doing me a favour and I have all those pics as well. . I can buy the 99. 00 gift they sent for 5. 00 on temu. This was my first and last experience with rosemary a horrible experience, bait and switch on the second doll price, botched delievery damaged, they expected me to call fed -ex, so then you are literally in limbo with your order, sending cheap extras passing them off as quality. this was a horrible experiece. this is a dishonest chinese company using a scape goat called Fanreal a doll company they sell fgor and have a shipping office in Ca. . STAY AWAY. . . . . . there was alot of manipulation tactics,, and I know becaue i have been in sales 40 years. Again everything i have written is true and not detailed as I would take pages over 70 emails, this is money hungry greedy dishonest company, they are NOT for the customer, do not honnor discounts, my story and li...

Shipping was quick, box was discrete. Foam packing was difficult to get rid of. But RMD needs to include better information on the dolls. Like tpe/silicone firmness, appendage bend angles, physical c!othes sizes, underbreast/band, thigh width, weight before and after weight reduction, etc

Once we got to the point of order and customizing we were impressed, will order again.

I ordered and recieved the Doll, but not in time, how it is written on the page. And the head come to late, one month after orsering, and not together with the Doll, as usual. Also, the head is in another skin tone, and not with same quality of silicon. It is more robust. . . Dont know why, but my doll was not as wamted, and how it is on the photos on this page.

I only recommend Rosemary for any and all future Doll purchases, #1 in my book!

On June 5,2025 I ordered the Iron tec male doll Zed anin the dark tan skin color. Before the order was placed I was sent photos of the doll for my approval. The photos looked great but I was never informed that the photos were not in the actual color of the doll I was receiving. I received my order on/12/2025 and was shocked to see it is the color of dark chocolate. He looks like a black man not what the photos I received. I notified Rosemary doll about this and have been given one excuse after another about the lighting conditions. I did receive $500 refund but this is a slap in the face and not acceptable. This is a mistake but not my mistake as the email s I received proves that Rosemary doll knew that the photos they sent me were not color correct and this is deceptive business practices. If I a novice photographer can get color correct photos then a professional photographer should be able to get correct photos. I have requested a full refund of the money I paid for this order. Rosemary doll should refund me this money, chalk it off as a business loss and take steps to see this never happens again. I'm hoping you will do the right thing and refund me the rest of the money. No more excuses just a refund. If no refund then I will take whatever measures to let everyone know what a rip off I received with a complaint with photos and your emails to me to The Federal Trade Commission, Champer of Commerce, Attorney general office, Trust Pilot and our local news media This is not a threat it's a Promise. I've been deceived and ripped off and am not going to accept this. The ball is in your court.

Shipping time was reasonable considering I had to wait for it to come from China.
