Loved everything in my order. The quality is fantastic. Especially the Paula. It is so beautifully made. I am between a 42 & 44 so the Marie which I love will be worn more as a jacket. I wish sizing was one size larger. Also, it is a good idea to let clients know that processing is in Canada. This would give the option to use a cc that does not charge foreign transaction fees. I love everything and look forward to my next order.

I am so impressed with Room 502's customer service... When I left my review of the Stephanie dress in 9/2021, I didn't expect anyone at Room 502 to read it, much less act upon it. But their concierge team reached out to me soon afterwards, and said they guarantee all their products and offered me some options. In the end, I received a brand new dress to replace the original damaged one, and I am more than happy. I never expected it, but Room 502 took the initiative and I can't think of another company that does this better. Thank you Steven.

Dear Room 502, I rarely buy things online, principally because I’m a fabric junkie with a very demanding quality standard, and usually I end up disappointed. But not so with Zoe, the marvelous shirtwaist. Zoe surprised me and delighted me in every possible way. Beautiful crisp cotton poplin, very nice smooth hand. Superbly cut proportions, finally a waist that sits on my waist not above it! Excellent finish work. All those lovely buttons with a rare stance - closer together than the usual shirtwaist. Good pockets! A real hem! Splendid construction and finish work. I appreciate every thoughtful detail and am super happy. Thank you! Keep up the good work.

A chic and comfortable dress that has the power to give us a boost of confidence!

I loved the style of the stephanie dress, in olive. However, after 1 wear, I accidentally spilled a little hand sanitizer on the fabric, and that spot turned white. Then I washed it in cold water, and again, the green bled to another beige colored item. The color is very faded after 1 wash. The dye just does not stay! Then the fabric also tore apart from the button and created a big hole when I knelt down, normally the button may snap off if not secure, but in this case, the fabric tore apart with a 1-2in hole when the button snapped. It's just very poor quality but looks great for 1st wear! It's too expensive for 1 time use!
